Your Hosted Buyer Benefits

As a Hosted Buyer, we'll take care of your accommodation the night before the show and make sure you have a great day. In return, we ask that you:

• Attend the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 29th September 2026
• Arrive at AO Arena by 10:00am on Wednesday 30th September 2026
• Complete a minimum of four pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors (15 minutes each)
• Let us know in writing by 16th September 2026 if you need to cancel. After this date, a cancellation fee will apply to help cover costs and allow us to reassign your place.
